Capsized Boat, Persons in Water	Sun 18th Dec 2011 13:40	Tasked to Donegal Town area where a boat was reportedly capsized with 4 people on board. On scene it was established that it was a hoax call. Killybegs Coast Guard Unit and Rescue 118 were also in attendance.

Vessel with Engine Failure	Wed 12th Oct 2011 15:35	While on exercise the Lifeboat was diverted to assist a fising vessel that had lost power. The vessel was taken under tow to Mullaghmore harbour.

Person in the Water	Sat 8th Oct 2011 18:09	Lifeboat recovered person from the water, and proceeded back to station. Rescue 118 winchman lowered to the boat to assist the crew. Casualty transferred to the Ambulance Service on arrival at station.

Vessel with Engine Failure	Sun 18th Sept 10:40	Launched to report of a vessel broken down off Doorin Point. On arrival the crew took up the tow and headed toward Killybegs. The Coast Guard boat from Killybegs came to meet the Lifeboat and they took over the tow allowing the Lifeboat crew to return to station. Rescue 118 also on scene.

Vessel with Engine Failure	Sun Sept 4th 12:07	While on a training exercise the crew were hailed by a vessel that had lost engine power while attempting to enter Mullaghmore harbour. The lifeboat took the vessel under tow and brought the casualty vessel to the pontoon.

Surfer in Difficulty	Sat 27th Aug 2011 17:05	Launch Cancelled

Yacht Collided with Power Lines	Tue 23rd Aug 2011 12:36	Tasked by the Coast Guard to attend the scene where a yacht had brought down some power lines crossing a channel to a small island. The yacht crew were safe and well and the Lifeboat crew assisted in bringing the engineers to the island to deal with the power lines. The lifeboat stood by as a safety vessel until the lines were made secure.

Jet-Ski Power Loss	Mon 1st Aug 2011 19:19hrs	Responded to a call for assistance from a jet-ski that had broken down in the Creevy area. When the crew arrived on scene the casualty had been assisted by some local people and had been recovered safely.

Powerboat Engine Failure	Mon 11th July 2011 18:35 hrs	Launched to the Ballyshannon Bar where a powerboat had lost power, and was in danger of being swamped. The crew managed to get a towline passed and towed the vessel from the danger area, and then proceeded to the Mall Quay for recovery.

Missing Diver	Wed 22nd June 2011 20:55hrs	Reported missing diver resurfaced prior to lifeboats arrival, two crew were put ashore along with the winchman from rescue 118 and assessed the diver. He was found to be in no need of further assistance.

Kayakers in Difficulty	Sun 5th June 2011 18:30hrs	Mayday issued for a group of kayakers in difficulty off Streedagh. On arrival the lifeboat was advised the casualties had made their way to shore safe and well. Rescue 118 on scene.

Surfer requiring assistance	Sun 1st May 2011 15:02 hrs	False alarm with good intent. After establishing the surfer was in no danger the lifeboat made a sweep of the area to make sure no other persons were in difficulty and returned to station. Rescue 118 also on scene.

Swimmer in Difficulty	Thur 28th April 2011 14:18 hrs	Lifeboat arrived on scene where one casualty was taken from the water and brought back to station. A second person who was in the water initially was also taken to the station and transferred to the ambulance service as a precaution. Rescue 118 also in attendance.

Red Flare Sighted	Sun 24th April 2011 22:20 hrs	The Lifeboat carried out an thorough search of the area along with Killybegs C/G Boat and Rescue 118. Nothing was found and it was believed to be a Chinese lantern that was mistaken for a red flare.

Swimmer in Difficulty	Thur 21st April 2011 15:40 hrs	On scene Lifeboat recovered one casualty and a second person who had entered the water to assist. Returned to station and assessed and were given the all clear.

Kite Surfer Missing	Thur 31st March 2011 21:05 hrs	Launch Cancelled. Found safe and well.

Surfer needing assistance	Thur 17th March 2011 15:38 hrs	Launch Cancelled

Power boat in difficulty	Sun.6th March 2011 17:20 hrs	Small power boat with engine trouble drifting 1 mile nw of Bundoran. Took it under tow back to the pier in Bundoran.

Red Flare Sighted	Thurs. 17th Feb 2011 18:30 hrs	Red flare seen north of Mullaghmore head. Extensive search of the area carried out along with Rescue 118. Nothing found. False alarm with good intent.
